Why put OBL on trial? He would be found guilty in any court impartial
enough to have the credibility to try him. But there is no such court. If
there were, thatcourt would have a line at its door so long, and would have
in line, Obama, and the representatives and members of most governments in
Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Unfortunately,
there is no court that can try all the war criminals, the people who fund
them and support them, and so, justice is not possible. We can't use the
international courts because they have no credibility, nor does the UN, nor
any other body.
We are simply not a good as we were when we put Nazis on trial. We have no
high ground, if we aver did.
It's a dangerous and dirty, bloody and ugly world. Get used to it.
