NP: Utopia

I pay a service a coupla bucks per week that allows me to alter my
location for most things like Netflix. It's based here in Oz
(https://www.getflix.com.au/) but I'm sure there are lots of similar
services elsewhere.

I think people who know about VPNs (virtual private networks) could
tell you how to do it yourself for free but I haven't really
investigated that area.
