I've been up since 4:00 a.m. Maybe if my internal clock is already so out of whack, the jet lag I'm about to experience won't hit me that hard.

My husband and I are flying to Shanghai tomorrow to visit our daughter, who's been living in Hangzhou for the past 18 months. Mike, if you happen to be in either of those cities, let me know.
