1. Either a book written by or intended for an intellectual who doesn't
want his intellectualism known. The former being sort of a contradiction.
It's all very jokey.
2. A toy control room. Synonym: Mickey Mouse control room. Or, perhaps a
control room with inferior, second rate equipment.
Don't remember enough about the context. Too long unread.
