These days, post Reagan Revolution, I think that aphorism is toast.  Trump
is only a symptom of the fruits of that Revolution. He ain't an originator.
 "Conservative" now means a slew of ugly beliefs, and having a "head" vs a
"heart" ain't even close.  More like having no head nor a heart, like a
zombie, hungry only for a fictional reality of Reagan's Eisenhower days of
yore.
