Easily.
Want to fold in, parse, discuss, " decide", disagree with and " come down on the side of" --or not---what 43 years of research and writing have given us, it should take take much longer.
Page a day, like Zak Smith's book, is @two years.

Famous Proust reading Group is a year long for first-time readers. There is a second one always going on, 2-4 years long, if you have already read In Search of Lost Time at least once.

As of right now I, for one, am up for a comfortably paced group (re)read of the whole book, if anyone else is. I actually started rereading last month, going deliberately slowly, trying to limit myself to just a few pages at a time, but really, really digest every word of it. Would love to restart that in the company of everybody else here.
