Not the happiest news to wake up to. "He will be missed" is an
understatement so I won't say it.

Can't come up with a favorite line, too many and besides, some of my
favorites are the obvious like, "Time takes a cigarette," or "Take a look
at the lawman beating on the wrong guy, oh man, wonder if he'll ever know
he's in the best-selling show."

But I can come up with a favorite album, easy, Low
