If it is still available, I'd go with Durling/Martinez...

When I determined to wade into it about 10 years ago, I tried several
versions, but found the rhythms very difficult to adjust to. D/M can be
read as prose with a slight cadence.....It too features the original on the
opposite page which can be fun to dabble in if you lack Italian but have
experience with Latin (and, oddly enough, Portuguese).
