There is in my small town "a couple' known to many. He is a Berkeley School
of Music-trained musician, who had a good-flying career but crashed with
addictions. He recuperated himself fully, with a born-again-like rebirth
into some laid-back, ultra-gentle ---from his talk and actions--religious
sect which believes in poverty and chastity (at least for him, who is a
Brother, don't know what that entails).

I don't know much of anything about Sister Dee, known as his partner. She
has informed folk who assumed they were a couple in that sexual
relationship way, that it is not like that. Their relationship is
spiritual.

Assuming she isn't euphemizing, I think of Cyprian and this part of this
section of Roger and Jessica. Love as an
Agapaic (plus) full body erotic relationship. So to speak.
