Coloured Edition of GR

A coloured edition of Faulkner's *Sound and Fury *has been recently
published. It was supposedly how the author intended to launch his book,
and the comprehension becomes much easier, it seems.

Would something be possible with Gravity's Rainbow? I guess the text could
be differed by 3 colours: "present", flashbacks and flash forwards.
Maybe other systems are possible...Any ideas?
