BtZ42/11 -Once again: whose orders?

Just wanted once more to see if anyone else wondered about the double agent possibility?
> Does the fact that the Beardsley-like drawing is on a letterhead from German Command imply the possibility of double agency? Has this been discussed?
 Obviously this letterhead could just be an ID thing between PP1 and his agent/s. But it would seem dangerously likely to cause confusion. Perhaps as Laura points to in her summary of the chapter, it is more overlapping between British and German common ground like IG Farben and Kryptosam.
