Herr Eckhardt,

Ganz richtig. It seems that Ish would like to see more rejection than is
warranted (perhaps he would do better to try to objectify his own
relationships and understanding of family dynamics, as well as his
subjective realtionship to the object of study). The acquisition of habitus
in the family is, as you first wrote, exhibited in "manifold ways". I also
do not see the satire of Ernie that Ish reads as a satire of the left from
the left.



As for the man who saved the world, I tell all my students about Mr.
Petrov, and I ask them: who today would ignore the message from the the
screen?
