Why are the peasants "Dutch"?

I like that Breughel picture....we have to notice he has preterites,
peasants, dreaming of their resurrection here....and the metaphor describes
the whole sick preterite crew that is here.
Not the usual Calvinist Elites.......

I cannot myself see the appearance of the Katje Borgesius thread but....say
why that's possible. .
