Here is something interesting I learned when I put the phrase 'sizzling
night' into Google Books:
it is only in the recent decade and a half basically that 'sizzling nights'
had hot sex uses in books, it seems!
I had the sex notions come to mind NOW but I do not think I've had them
before.
An early use by our writer who used 'shrink' first? Or other?
