Just a quick note of gratitude as I walk to pick up Indian food in Chicago. I am really having a great time with the group read. I'm not always great with this medium, but I read everything you write, and it's really enhancing my experience of the book. Opening up different avenues of appreciation. Places I couldn't get to alone on this read, the next, a thousand from now. You're helping unlock the thing, forcing me to engage with it more deeply, and just reading all the smart shit you all have to say is elevating the experience, making it a joyous, communal thing. Knowing the book, you know what a gift that is. It's rare you get to have a shared experience that involves all these parts of the brain. It's special, for me anyway. I just reread the church scene around p 130. You know the one, or you will. 

I hope you'll keep posting. Your voices are all in my head as I read. 

Man, how good is this fucking book. 

Every day I wait for all of you, one of you, to wake the fuck up and commit to a group read of the whole thing. I don't know about you guys, I'm sure you are all wiser and stabler than me, but in these parts, I don't have time NOT to do the whole thing. And AtD after that.
