it's a bit of a hail Mary pass at this point but I am hoping Trump will
turn out to be America's first true third-party president, beholdin' to
neither dems or reps and willing to stare down both when necessary. (this
hail Mary so far in danger of being intercepted by his cabinet noises, but
even so...)
