Novel numero neun?

After his last but one novel it took Pynchon four years to write and 
publish "Bleeding Edge". So when will we see the next one? Unlike Philip 
Roth, Pynchon did not announce that he stopped writing. Nor have I heard 
about serious health problems. So I imagine him sitting on his desk day 
by day, --- creating a new novel. Think of someone like Ernst Jünger who 
wrote and published until he was 100 years old. That would give Pynchon 
another twenty years! And wouldn't that be great?
