    I’m currently reading this thanks to pynchon-l.   And the word thanks is definitely emphasized.   I agree  it’s certainly not a perfect novel,  but it is so funny and real and full of everything.  Almost makes me want to try Infinite Jest again.  (It’s embarrassing to have not read it.)
