Oh yes he has. He's definitely lied about the contents of the DNC emails.

This is a website put together by Wikileaks confederates outlining the
"100 Biggest Revelations" from the hacked emails. I urge you to read,
first, the fawning auto-fellatio of the introduction (wikikleaks
looking more like a cult every day) and then the details of, at least,
the first 10 items on their list. Then make up your own mind as to
whether or not they are an honest broker in all this.

PS - About Trump being a monster... can you even imagine building up
enough hatred in your heart for anyone -- much less Barrack and
Michelle Obama -- that you would feel the need to hire prostitutes to
defile the bed where they once slept by pissing all over it?

To hate the Obamas -- as lovely and admirable a couple as have ever
been in public service -- with that kind of bilious, quasi-Satanic
intensity...  THAT is what I mean when I call Trump a monster.

It's like he's a fecal golem, fueled by the crackling malevolent
battery at his core: a pitch-black Pulsar of purest hate burning in
the frozen vacuum where God forgot to put a soul.
