Other Authors?

Hi P-listers,

Wondering if any of you could direct me to some authors that emulate--or at
least evoke--Pynchon's virtuosic prose and share some of his concerns about
meaning, paranoia, racism, oppression, capitalism, etc.? (But really any
recommendations would be appreciated.)
