No. I just thought Dylan's song provided a good satirical account of 
Cold War paranoia -- a rather farcical but nevertheless dangerous rehash 
of which I see at work with regard to Trump right now. Sorry about the 
misunderstanding.

Concern about Russian encouragement for European right wing movements 
would be a lot more credible if those that show themselves concerned 
would not at the same time support supplying arms to the Azov Battalion, 
don't you think?
