Thanks John, glad you managed to get hold of that film with that...scene in
it. There's an interesting discussion taking place in the Facebook WASTE
group about Lynch and Pynchon. He's a director I've never got round to
keeping up with. Too wilfully obtuse, or probably it's just me being lazy.
There's a curious (and actually quite disturbing) aspect of thw internet
ans cultural products, in that if we trust it to look after and make
available music, films, etc we may be making a mistake. If I look at things
I wrote just a ew years ago, most of the links no longer work. The internet
doesn't have a very good memory.
