Ambiguity

Came across a reference to a book, “7 Types of Ambiguity” and found two different books with same title, except for “7” versus “Seven”. I can’t remember where I came across the reference - I think it was something Chomsky wrote - as it was some time ago and I only recalled the reference when I came across a note I had written with the title. The reference was clearly to the literary criticism and not the Elliot Perlman novel. Is the Empson book a standard read in modern literary classes on criticism?
