Blood Meridian

Has anyone seen the Child of God movie? Tough watch. Not sure how I feel about it. The guy was so elfin’ unpleasant. I know that he was supposed to be, but not sure how well it carried over. Might be wrong, watched it after reading the Fangoria article, and just found it too harsh at the time.
