Both, along with Fire Walk With Me, in which Lynch sought to regain control
after the second season, perhaps, are outstanding. The Return is great fun
so far. Lynch insisted on full control of this project, even backed out of
production when Showtime tried to influence the outcome, and it shows. It's
a big hit in our house. It's all about the art.
