Here are two books

Against the Grain (Munich, 2008):

Lublin, 2010:

As far as I know there were no plans of collecting in one volume the 2015 Athens papers. For Durham – no idea what happened.

 

Prior to that, Pynchon Notes of course (issue 34-35 (Warwick), 42-43 (Antwerp), 50-51 (Germany, travelling around), 54-55 (Cologne) and 56-57 (Granada). All available through https://pynchonnotes.openlibhums.org/

 

I’ll ask the 2017 organisers if there will be recordings – easy to get these online.
