Seems to mean an exact measure of a minute. By clock hands, say, most used
about 'taking the minutes' with organizations.
A clockwork exactitude, reminding me of exact degree measurement in Mason &
Dixon.

Meaning seems to be extending to more 'everyday' use. See novel citation
below, 2014. DeLillo not first with it in a novel as TRP was with 'shrink".

In these sentences, i am taken with how the hollowness of the man with such
unhollow concerns is. Nice.
