Druthers so far on M&D, nov or Dec?

Hello! I am planning to get in on this M&D read, too. I haven't read it
yet, so this is a fantastic chance for me to do so with an excellent group.

I'm throwing in my vote for Dec because I want a bit of a headstart before
the official start. So, even tally, hah.
