This is a link to the AFAQ (Anarchist FAQ) that is probably the best authority on the subject. Iain McKay (Minor Threat, Teen Idles, Fugazi) is quite the authority on the matter, and spent years compiling it. Great referenced for any questions about Anarchism’s history and evolution: Proudhon, Malatesta, Goldman etc. As well as a thorough explanation of Anarchism's various meanings/opinions, and offshoots. It’s big, the hard copies are two, 500+ page coffee table books. This PDF if free though.
