Pynchon-related in an anarchic way

Following up on my associative observations seeing the anarchic deaf-mute,
dance-like way
spontaneous mutual aid happened (see 'anarchist philosopher" Peter
Kroptkin; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutual_Aid:_A_Factor_of_Evolution)
--and always happens--after hurricane disasters,
a contemporary cultural thinker, C. Parenti---quoted on this list once, I
believe---
has coined the phrase *storm socialism *to describe the incredible
outpouring
of pure sharing--to each his needs--of goods and labor that happens after
disasters.
With a hope for the left, for all, to extend the meaning to non-disaster
situations.
I hope for traction so I have just spread the phrase.
