Quids Vs Pounds

Australia transitioned from imperial to decimal currency in 1966 but my
parent's and older generations still have the slang that had been developed
using the former. "Bob" (a shilling) was especially prevalent. Anyone over
50 would know what "two bob each way" means, but I doubt anyone under 30
would.
