BE's Ice and US's ICE

Forgive if this has been discussed and decided before.

Saw someone write this in a tweet today: "ICE is the fascist, door-to-door
roundup people imagine in their dystopias"

Do any think P had ICE in some part of his mind when he was writing *Bleeding
Edge*? As Kohut says a lot around here, every day that goes by I appreciate
more and more how much is in that book. Plan to revisit after M&D.
