I've just heard that Patrick Casey of Identity Evropa was at the White
House. People (and some politicians) will embrace Trump even more and he
will lean further right, which will lead to greater political division -
that's his goal. He wants brawling in the streets, kicking 'Libtard
snowflake asses'. That will get his base out to vote in 2020. How will
democrats and others respond?
The Democrats got the House back despite not having a solid message on the
national level. And there is certainly no strong contender for 2020. So
what will the DNC do? And please, let's curb our enthusiasm; I like Bernie
and I love Elizabeth Warren but I don't know if they can draw in the more
centrist midwestern swing voters. Forget Hillary.
Sorry to start talking elections when we just got through this gruelling
period but you can bet Chump and his minions have had their eye on that
ball since Nov. 2016. Now is not the time to drop our guard. Gotta comb
through the vote data and find out how to get people out in 2 yrs. And keep
that voter registration up.
Me? I will use these elections to show my students that democracy works
best when people excercise their right to vote, it is the health of a
Republic.
