FWIW, I agree with David. In government represents people. It's up to
people to care about the land they cohabit with the thousands of species on
mile of it. And again, government only represents some of the people and
only some of the time. That's another thing up to the people to care about.
What's the use if people don't care? Talk to Sphere about that.
