NP - Prime Original "Patriot"

I just finished watching Season 2.

I highly recommended it to anyone who is not too attached to plot or pacing
and to anyone who enjoys mood, scene settings, deliciously stilted dialogue
and comfort dogs.

I don't know how this series ever got sold the first time but I sure hope
they get funding for a third time! (I hope John gets some rest in between
seasons, though, although I like a sad protagonist. )

Nice to find myself in agreement with David Morris once again.

Oh, the soundtrack is to die for (or is that TO LIVE FOR?) featuring choice
cuts by the kinks, the Beastie Boys and at least one Dylan performance I
haven't heard before. The 'talking' songs by character "John," in context,
are priceless.

Allan in WV, still substituting tv for opioids

PS Really, really enjoying the AMC version of Le Carre's LITTLE DRUMMER
GIRL with Alexander Skarsgard, Michael Shannon and the thickly fetching Ms
Pugh
not available in the rest of the states until this coming Monday. Once I
assume that in the 70s Europe looked like the US in the 60s, I'm really
taken by the wardrobes, tech, and interior decorating. A good study on 'how
terror came to the West." Alas, it's all over in 3 shows
