The NYT has the full Mueller Report on their site, searchable and indexed.
Tomorrow's NYT will have a special 16-page section of synthesis, analysis
and annotation.

Barnes & Noble has a Nook ebook version available yesterday, free, I think.

The publishers who are doing printed editions will have them ready April
29, seems none of them nor Amazon anywhere else has an ebook version
available today---or this morning anyway when I checked.
