More underestimation of the Russians ' effect on the 2016 US election and government

PS I wouldnt worry too much about Russian interference or collusion. Trump
and his sad sack of cronies will end up tripping over their own
incompetence. the question is how much damage will be done in the interim.
It's so easy to believe in a deep state. but we need functioning
institutions more than ever
