More underestimation of the Russians ' effect on the 2016 US election and government

I'm indeed Chinese, although I don't have any particular insight on that
issue. It's obviously a totalitarian's wet dream, and I'm sure it can and
will be sold to any population under the pretext of fighting crime and/or
terrorism.
