😼😺😸

For the past three weeks my yoga teacher has suggested a feline form of
> relaxation as we bend, stretch, and twist our bodies. She wants us to purr
> as we exhale in poses that are hard to do. Exhalation as relaxation focus
> isn't new. It is like a sigh of relief and release of the body's
> tensions. But purring is a new thing. You can do it. Just make a slow,
> low rumble at the bottom of your throat as you exhale, like dry gargling.
> Do it slowly on exhalations for about a minute. It does send a vibration
> rumble throughout your body that is relaxing, and your cat might find your
> purring comforting too. And you can do it without yoga, just anywhere you
> feel free to purr.
