The misspelling “facism” 
---------- has always interested me, as if it were a real word meaning preferring the facial gaze to semantic content (or other qualities) for assigning affection, like people who only look for good looks in partners, or electorates for whom appearance is an actual factor in a vote decision. “America’s a facist country, Kucinich doesn’t stand a chance” or “Donald Trump’s more facist supporters may fall away, what with the encroachment of years upon his visage” - or something like, "she invited him to the poetry reading/concert/bowling/whatnot, but he declined because what he really wanted was to sit across from her and watch the play of expression as she talked."
