of books that cost over a hundred dollars and journals even more--go open
access, free to readers and magpie--and real!--scholars.

My gawd-- will this be one of the real quiet revolutions of knowledge
creation of our time? A global community
that can grow up with easy access to all the best scholarship. All filter
police and tax collectors GONE.

Salute him, I say.
