Victorian Banana Candy

Here's a great video about the making of olde-timey banana candy. Well
worth ten minutes of your time, even if you watch it on mute just to see
the beautiful hot non-newtonian sugar being folded, drizzled, shaped and
pulled round and around a wall hook. Mesmeric.

At one point the narrator says the words "pinch-off" which made me think of
our good friend Mr Pynch-on.
