They made caveats and like most citizens, journalists and Congress want the full report, they agree that obstruction is up for grabs, but the conclusions on Russian collusion are a decisive quote from Mueller. Do you really think that will change? Of course they are vindicated, they called for restraint and to focus onTrump's in-your-face abuses of power rather than the mania of Russian conspiracy theories.
