Here is the most complete write-up yet, by Jonathan Steele, former
former chief foreign correspondent for the Guardian:

https://www.counterpunch.org/2019/11/15/the-opcw-and-douma-chemical-weapons-watchdog-accused-of-evidence-tampering-by-its-own-inspectors/

"Alex, the new whistleblower, said his aim in going public was not to
undermine the OPCW, most of whose investigators are objective
scientists, but to persuade the organisation’s leadership to allow the
Douma team to put forward their findings and answer questions at the
week-long annual conference of member states which starts on November 25."

Surely, the Douma team will be allowed to report their findings?
