Man, I love this show (but I drove 5 hours 1 way to see Inherent Vice
before it came to my region and have watched it way too many times to
admit. Lodge 49 continues to open with each subsequent viewing, too.)

>From NYT:

When to watch: Monday at 10 p.m., on AMC.

“Lodge 49,” about the oddball members of a past-its-prime fraternal order,
finishes its second season this week, and I’m very nervous that its quirk,
mysticism and compassion will not be renewed for a third season. I’m
crossing my fingers and lighting my candles, though, because the season
finale has everything the show does right: It has a big — gorgeous —
monologue, a tinge of magical realism, the kind of hopefulness that springs
only from strong friendships, a skepticism around the grind of commerce and
a closing sequence of poetic perfection.

Dunno what they'd do in a 3rd season but I'd sure like to find out!
