This video by a doctor showing how to sterilize groceries *before*
unloading your bags made it much simpler and clearer for me.  I think his
#1 suggestion is to not bring "inside" the house anything that doesn't need
refrigeration.  Leave them in a non-kitchen (and rarely used) space.  Make
sure it is dry, not humid.  After three days they will be self-cleansed.
NOLA is a hot spot because of Mardi Gras.  In about two or three weeks we
will see a spike.  I plan not to leave the house then (except for solo
walks), if possible. But will take all precautions if I need to.
