Ok there seems to be some “loss of inspiration” and I wonder if there is a way to revive interest. I’m willing to take some blame about the structure but……hey..suggestions for improvement or change of pace, style or really anything would be great and make sense.
Also if anyone wants to take the reins, by all means. I like to think about and just read Pynchon but this is meant to be enjoyed as a group activity and the more voices the more lively unless we try to build something like a small passionate involvement of the few who are into it, which may be our only chance of some kind of completion. drinking or sativa may be a helpful literary lubricant here. If anyone wants to communicate off list with me or others please do so.
  The floor is open

Wait, you *haven't* been drinking your way through the book? I thought the agreed upon rules were:

One drink for every set of ellipses ...
One shot for every declarative sentence than ends in a question mark?
Three shots for every time Maxine notices a man with an improbable erection

PS: If you are dedicated you can get Zima. I hear there's a secret warehouse of the stuff out in New Jersey, very hush-hush...
