As far as we know, then, the bros never do reveal to Maxine how to get back
out?

Reference to Wizard of Oz in IV Sauncho (I always associate him with HST’s
attorney in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas) brings it up, how the
transition from b&w to color occurs in the movie and how there is a further
transition implied - pretty spacy stuff - since it’s representing such a
transition from the actual color world of Kansas which even though it was
Dust Bowl still would’ve had regular color, in which case the world of Oz
would have meta-color…

Which is the groovy transition (regular experience before computers,
meta-experience with them) the world is trying to go through as opposed to
the gnarly transition imposed by 9-11?

Just as a personal note, I’ve only very recently - like this week - begun

said to have come out in 1956? Wiki says it had a limited release in
November 1955 and went nationwide in 1956.

lied about containing subliminal messages that successfully caused people

At this point the trust-based personal hawala network whose practitioners

endemic mistrust of Hashslingrz and also all the fraudsters Maxine lives to
frustrate.
