Why would I? Are you not capable of distinguishing between two different
statements? Between a statement that has been made, and one that hasn't
been made?

Actually even the first statement has not been made expressis verbis, so
here goes: Russiagate was in most of its aspects a pernicious hoax, an
attempt at a soft coup. The fact that Trump is a right-wing populist, a
snake-oil salesman and an insufferable ass-clown does not change that fact.
