I know David Simon ain't for everybody, but HBO ran three seasons of his show, "The Deuce," a fictional romp through the sleazy world of Times Square our hero Maxine is recalling here...

I liked it a lot—Maggie G is phenomenal—but like many white male Gen-Xers, I fall into the tedious camp of "The Wire was the greatest TV show of all tiiiiiiime!"
